L2K09-0101- Computer Helpdesk Support         We have an on-going requirements to provide our federal government clients with Helpdesk Support, including coordination, installation and support of hardware and software application solutions. Responsibilities will include providing 1st level helpdesk support in a team environment serving national users. Skills to be evaluated: Minimum of 1 year experience providing Helpdesk support; Experience supporting Windows 98, 2000, NT environments; Experience with remote diagnostic tools; Experience supporting WordPerfect, Lotus Smartsuite, Norton Ghost, Winzip,     Quick View Plus, Adobe Acrobat Viewer, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft     Outlook, Internet Explorer; Working in a GoC environment with a minimum of 500 users; Bilingualism is Mandatory; Enhanced Security Clearance.
