For this position you must have experience recruiting, interviewing and in the selection of IT candidates for a variety of contract assignments. This is a one year assignment with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent. Skills Required: Two or more years experience recruiting in an IT Field; Knowledge and experience working in an IT environment; Strong organizational skills; Good interpersonal skills; Bilingualism would be an asset; HR Course accreditation would be an asset; Experience completing GOC Grids for proposals would be an asset; Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision; Valid Enhanced Clearance or ability to qualify for one.
